Regina is a fifth generation San
Franciscan, who grew up in the East Bay town of Orinda, graduated from the
University of Colorado at Boulder, and is a fully licensed real estate agent.
Being a part of The Nierenberg Group has given her knowledge and experience in
handling clients' needs. For over a year and a half, Regina has been an integral
part of the team and has actively assisted in the marketing and closing of many
high-end transactions.
By nature, Regina is very
personable. She is attentive and truly cares about buyer's and seller's needs,
and puts great emphasis into making sure clients are happy and satisfied.
Regina uses her skills as a licensed real estate agent to show listings to any
potential buyers, show properties to buyers which they may be interested, and
hosts Sunday open houses and Tuesday broker tours to expose listings.
Additionally, Regina is responsible for all database maintenance, all marketing
materials in print and electronic media, and interfaces with all the allied
professionals related to our business such as photographers, stagers,
inspectors, appraisers, etc.
Previously, Regina worked as
a corporate event planner, where she honed the skills she uses most as a
realtor--market research, energetic client relations, organization, and
commitment to superior customer service.
