The Van Ness office of Coldwell Banker Northern California is the company’s premier office in the Bay Area. Also known as TRI Coldwell Banker, the Van Ness office finds its unique roots in TRI Real Estate, a company formed in the early 1980’s by a collection of broker/owners. The office evolved over time to its present size of 100 agents. In the early nineties the residential and commercial business components of the original company were split and the residential division was sold to Prudential, and then again a few years later to Jon Douglas. Coldwell Banker acquired Jon Douglas and the Van Ness office in September 1997, and the office has consistently performed at the highest level of the company’s 80 Northern California offices. The office has a commercial group, a rental department, and a new construction group which serves SOMA and other developing areas of the City.

Located on Van Ness at Sacramento Street, the office effectively serves all districts of the City.
